9-1-18 Fishing Report

We have another nice looking day with great cloud cover this morning after a bit of drizzle early around sunrise.  The flow at Stilesville is down a bit with 1350 cfs currently and 49 degrees and down at Hale Eddy we have 1650 cfs and 51 degrees.  The upper East Branch at Harvard is flowing 770 cfs and 48 degrees and down at Fishs' Eddy we have 1300 cfs and 54 degrees.  The main Delaware at Lordville is 2920 cfs and 55 degrees.  All of the system is still in great shape and as they have dropped slowly we have a bit more wadeable water by the day.  We had some good Blue Winged Olives yesterday afternoon and a few Isonychia as well.  The streamer fishing has been good as well and should be good with the overcast skies we've been having.  There are also some #14-16 Cahills as well.  This time of year is always good for terrestrials and we have been seeing some small #20-22 Winged Ants which have been pretty prolific at times.  It looks like a little rain tomorrow around mid-day but not too much.  Lotsa' Luck
